Your plans, looked after

Alora Planner is run by Alora Events by Shanel in Cape Town. These notes explain what we keep and why, in plain words.

What we keep

Your email address (to sign you in), your name and phone number if you add them, and what you put into your plans: tasks, budget lines, guests, the floor plan, your event page and inspiration pins.

When guests use your event page we keep what they choose to give: their RSVP details, and the photos, videos and voice messages they share. These are stored privately for your event and only you can download or delete them.

Who can see what

Your event page is unlisted: only people with the link or QR code can open it, and search engines are asked not to index it. Guests can see the shared photo wall only if you leave it switched on. Guest names are shown in "Find my seat" only to people who search for them, and you can switch that off.

How we use it

We use your information to run the planner. If you ask Alora to style your event, we pass your event details to our team so we can contact you. We do not sell your information.

Removing your information

You can delete photos, messages, guests and whole events at any time. To close your account and remove everything, email events@aloraeventss.com.
